We offer resources like a free podcast, infographics, workplace trainings, and community events to empower individuals and communities with evidence-based mental health skills.

Programs, including the production of our free podcast (Spill Your Guts), the creation of downloadable mental health infographics, organizational sponsorship, design software, merchandise, travel fees, Jenn and Celia’s salary, and the facilitation of workshops and community events. Every dollar helps make mental health resources more accessible to those who need them.

  • A: Yes! Donations are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor. All payment information is encrypted and protected.

  • A: Absolutely. Our donation page allows you to make a one-time contribution or set up recurring monthly donations to support guts. on an ongoing basis.

  • A: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay (if enabled in Stripe).

  • A: Yes! You can choose to keep your donation anonymous during the checkout process.

  • A: Yes! guts. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our EIN is 33-1624532.
